Cheryl Bart AO

Independent Chair

Cheryl Bart was appointed as Independent Chair of the Group on 6 June 2023. Cheryl is an experienced Chairman and Non-Executive Director of government and private sector organisations, with strong experience in energy, renewables and infrastructure, and broad experience across financial services, digital, utilities, media, defence, sport and major events sectors.

She is currently Non-Executive Director of Audio Pixels and Shaw of Australia.

Cheryl’s past Chairman roles include Tilt Renewables, TedxSydney, ANZ Trustees, SA Film Corporation and The Adelaide Film Festival. Her past Directorships include SA Power Networks, Spark Infrastructure, ME Bank, the ABC, FFA, Invictus Games, Basketball Australia and Soccer Australia amongst a varied portfolio across energy and infrastructure, financial services, media and digital platforms, and sport.

Cheryl is a lawyer, Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a member of YPO and Chief Executive Women.

Kieran Zubrinich

Kieran Zubrinich

Director

Kieran is an Executive Director at Macquarie Asset Management (MAM), and currently the Head of Transaction Strategy for MAM Real Assets Asia-Pacific. He is also currently the Portfolio Manager of the Macquarie Private Infrastructure Fund, and he was previously the Head of the Macquarie Australian Infrastructure Trust, an unlisted fund of over A$1.3bn investing in energy, transport and communications infrastructure.

Kieran joined Macquarie in 2000 in Sydney where he worked in Infrastructure and Principal Investments. In addition to Sydney, Kieran has worked on infrastructure assets and transactions in various locations including London, Hong Kong, Dubai, Singapore, Mumbai, Guangzhou, Manila, Madrid, Seoul and Auckland. Kieran has been a Director of a range of businesses including oil storage, rail, electricity distribution, mobile phone towers, tollroads, water treatment, marine transport and aged care.

In addition to his executive duties at Macquarie, Kieran was previously the Co-Head of Principal Investments at SGX-listed Rotary Engineering and also practiced as a Banking & Finance lawyer at Ashurst.

Kieran holds a Bachelor of Economics (Honours), Bachelor of Laws and Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance.

Darren Ch'ng

Darren is an Associate Director in the Macquarie Asset Management (“MAM”) Real Assets investment team based in Sydney.

Darren joined Macquarie in 2011 and is responsible for investment due diligence and asset management across Australia and New Zealand, primarily in the regulated utilities, energy and transport sectors. Darren has played a key role in the acquisition, asset management and divestment of numerous MAM portfolio companies, including as a member of the transaction team that acquired an interest in Endeavour Energy in 2017.

Darren was previously a Director of Australian Utilities Pty Limited atf the Australian Utilities Trust (a major shareholder in ElectraNet) and an Alternate Director of Queensland Airports Limited.

Daren holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Laws (First Class Honours).

David Bartholomew

David has over 30 years’ experience across the energy utilities, transportation and industrial sectors and is an experienced Non-Executive Director, currently serving on the Boards of Atlas Arteria (ASX:ALX), Atmos Renewables Group and IREN (NASDAQ: IREN). David was the former Chief Executive Officer of DUET Group, an ASX-listed utilities and energy company. During David’s tenure as Chief Executive Officer, DUET’s market capitalisation grew from around A$1.3 billion in 2011 to almost A$7.5 billion, to be ranked 53rd on the ASX.

Previously, David was director of Infrastructure at Hastings Funds Management. He held senior management roles for a number of unlisted funds, was responsible for fund and asset-company operating and financial outcomes and served on the boards of asset companies in utilities, toll roads, ports, rail and forestry.

David holds a Bachelor of Economics (Honours) and a Masters of Business Administration.

Lincoln is Executive Vice President, Global Head-Infrastructure & Renewable Resources at BCI, a multi-asset class investment organisation with C$295 billion of gross assets under management. Lincoln also leads the firm’s Infrastructure and Renewable Capital group, which manages a growing private market portfolio of C$32.2billion – with investments across 30 countries and all major infrastructure sectors.

Lincoln currently serves on the Presidential and Supervisory Boards of Open Grid Europe – Germany’s largest gas transmission utility, and is a director on the boards of Glencore Ag, the Corix Group of companies, and Cleco Corporation. He was also director of Puget Energy in Washington State, Dalrymple Bay Coal Terminal Ports of Australia, Aquarion Water of Connecticut, Thames Water, and Transelec S.A., Chile’s largest transmission utility.

Lincoln chairs the presidential and supervisory Boards of Open Grid Europe, Germany’s largest gas transmission utility, and serves on the boards of BBGI Global Infrastructure S.A., Czech Grid Holdings, Mosaic Forest Management, as well as Endeavour Energy and the Costa Group in Australia. He is also a Director of the boards of the Global Infrastructure Investor Association, and the Pacific Pension & Investment Institute.

Lincoln holds a Master of Business Administration (International Business), MCP (Architecture), an Advanced Management Designation from INSEAD and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Trevor is an experienced commercial lawyer, company director and strategic advisor. He chairs Northern Sydney Local Health District, Aurora Energy, Electricity Retained Interest Corporation (Endeavour Energy), and is on the Boards of Aware Super ITC Platform Pty Ltd (operating as Intermodal Terminal Company), Viral Vector Manufacturing, and the NSW Land Registry Office. He also chairs the NSW Treasury Social Investment Expert Advisory Group. He is a former director of the NSW Circular, Summer Housing, Civil Aviation Safety Authority, Transgrid and a past member of the Cooperative Research Centres Committee.

He is also a member of the A/NZ Square Kilometre Array Coordination Committee. He was chair of the Organising Committee for the 2019 Asian Physics Olympiad.

Claudia is an experienced Non-Executive Director and Audit & Risk Committee Chair with extensive commercial, legal, governance, risk management and financial expertise. She has over 30 years’ experience across the international banking and financial services, circular economy, health and government sectors. Claudia has a deep commitment to working with organisations dedicated to achieving a positive social impact in a sustainable manner based on principles of good governance.

Claudia is currently Chair of Australia & New Zealand Recycling Platform Ltd, a director of Advanced Resource Recovery Centre (Gold Coast Council) and a Non-Executive Director of Electricity Retained Interest Corporation (Endeavour Energy), as well as chairing a number of committees for these companies. She is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and holds a Bachelor of Economics and Bachelor of Laws (Honours).

Guy is a highly regarded leader and influencer within the energy industry. As CEO of Endeavour Energy, he is transforming the business to become a leading provider of energy services, as it integrates renewable energy sources to deliver a smarter, cleaner, affordable and more reliable energy system, and continues to deliver safe, reliable and essential electricity services to 2.7 million people living and working in NSW’s fastest growing regions.

Guy is a Partnership Committee member of the ACEREZ Partnership (consisting of ACCIONA, COBRA and Endeavour Energy), which has been appointed by the NSW Government as the preferred network operator to finance, build and operate the Central-West Orana Renewable Energy Zone transmission project, and will play a pivotal role in NSW’s transition to a clean energy future and help the State achieve its net zero targets.

He is also a board member of Energy Networks Australia, the peak national body representing energy businesses in Australia.  In February 2025, Guy was appointed Non-Executive Chairman of ASX listed West Australian based company Frontier Energy (ASX:FHE).

Prior to Endeavour Energy, he was CEO of Western Power, a Western Australian State Government-owned transmission and distribution network corporation, after earlier roles including Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Western Power, he worked for a decade at Veolia Water and Thames Water in senior finance and regulatory director roles. He has a wealth of international, financial and operational experience.

Leanne Pickering

Leanne Pickering

Chief Customer and Strategy Officer

Leanne is our Chief Customer and Strategy Officer leading the customer experience, strategy, transformation, innovation, corporate affairs, corporate development and growth functions. Since joining Endeavour Energy in 2018, Leanne has been Company Secretary and led a broad range of portfolios also encompassing legal, compliance and risk management, internal audit, company secretariat, procurement and logistics, future networks and reporting, data and insights. Leanne was also Interim CEO from June 2019 to April 2020 leading a customer centric refresh of the purpose, strategic direction and organisational structure while also overseeing Endeavour's response to the Black Summer bushfires of 2020 and the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Leanne is a high calibre leader who brings over 20 years industry experience in infrastructure and senior roles having been a Division Director at Macquarie and senior associate at top tier law firms. Prior to joining Endeavour, Leanne was General Counsel at an ASX 50 infrastructure fund with interests in electricity, gas and renewables in Australia and overseas with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, structuring, equity and debt financings, investor relations, health, safety and environment and corporate governance.

In her current role, Leanne will continue to drive Endeavour Energy's future focus to deliver on and improve customer outcomes and future innovation.

Francoise Merit

Francoise Merit

Chief Finance Officer

Francoise joined Endeavour Energy as its first female Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in 2020 and plays a pivotal role in transforming the company’s financial operations, regulatory protocols and culture as it evolves from a traditional ‘poles and wires’ electricity distribution network to a modern grid.

Francoise has been instrumental in driving a focus on sustainable outcomes based on energy generation - with Endeavour Energy recently becoming the first electricity distributor in Australia to introduce a sustainability-linked loan tied to sustainability performance targets on greenhouse gas emissions reduction, landfill waste diversion, net habitat gain, and mental health and wellbeing training participation.

Francoise drives success through emphasising the strategic partnership model, automation and adoption of new technologies. She is also passionate about increasing diversity and inclusion and driving the organisational rewards associated with it.

As a seasoned CFO and executive with over 20 years’ experience in the engineering, infrastructure and defence sectors, Francoise is a highly regarded speaker, often sought after for keynote presentations and panel discussions; having most recently presented at major conferences including the AFR CFO Live Summit, CFO Forum, Adapt CFO Edge, Business Sydney’s Sustainability forum etc with topics including: 'Sustainability is the new Black'.

Prior to joining Endeavour Energy, Francoise held executive and senior management roles at Transfield Services Group, Australia Defence Industries, Thales and Aurecon.

Melissa combines strategic vision with pragmatic execution to achieve impactful outcomes. She has led enterprise-wide technology programs, digital initiatives, and people strategies that have streamlined operations, enhanced organisational agility, and elevated employee engagement.

Colin Crisafulli

Colin is an accomplished infrastructure asset manager and energy transition policy leader, known for his extensive expertise in energy planning, finance, policy and regulation.

As General Manager of Future Grid and Asset Management at Endeavour Energy, Colin leads our future energy strategy, future grid technology, asset planning and performance, and design teams.

His role is crucial in future proofing the Endeavour Energy network by embracing innovative approaches, forging strategic partnerships, and leveraging cutting-edge technologies to support our customers' evolving energy needs.

With nearly 20 years of experience in the energy industry, Colin's background spans small and large-scale electricity network operations, engineering, contingency planning, network pricing and regulatory affairs. His deep experience in asset management, energy transition and change management is instrumental in guiding our shift from a traditional poles and wires operator to a forward-thinking distribution system operator. Colin’s leadership is key to accelerating Endeavour Energy’s adoption of technology, enhancing customer energy options and ensuring inclusivity for all customer segments.

Prior to his current role, Colin led Endeavour Energy’s regulatory team, advocating for a customer-centric approach to investment. A strong advocate for innovation and collaborative design, he excels in stakeholder engagement, effectively working with electricity customers, decision-makers and key stakeholders within Australia’s evolving electricity market.

David Campbell

David Campbell

General Manager Safety and Operations

David is an accomplished operational leader with a proven track record in navigating complex challenges and driving transformative change. As General Manager Safety and Operations, he leads our Field, System Operations and Safety teams to uphold the highest standards of safety and operational excellence.

Having joined as an apprentice, David has led a diverse range of functions including safety, field operations, network system operations, technical training, metering and market operations. His deep expertise encompasses safety leadership, operational efficiency and the strategic application of technology to enhance organisational capabilities.

This includes successfully leading Endeavour Energy’s operational teams through five major natural disasters, including managing restoration of essential electricity supply to communities ravaged by the 2019-20 Black Summer bushfires.

David’s safety leadership and continual focus on delivering exceptional outcomes for our customers, employees and the communities we serve has been nationally recognised in the Australian Industry Health and Safety Awards.

Rob St Clair

Rob St Clair

General Counsel and General Manager Business Services

Rob is a seasoned executive, infrastructure lawyer and commercial adviser with over two decades experience advising on complex, high-value energy and public infrastructure projects, mergers and acquisitions, strategic partnerships, governance and risk management.

He brings deep expertise having led high-performing teams responsible for legal and commercial workstreams across major transactions, litigation and enterprise-wide compliance and legal policy development.

In his current role, Rob oversees a broad portfolio of corporate and business support functions critical to the execution of the company’s strategy including legal, governance and risk, procurement and supply chain, major contracts, fleet and property.

Prior to joining Endeavour Energy in early 2024, Rob served as Chief Legal Counsel at Downer Group, where he led the Legal Transactions team, who were responsible for major transactions across Downer’s transport, infrastructure, defence, utilities, government and asset services portfolios as well as group-wide mergers and acquisitions, transaction governance and compliance.

Rob was also previously a senior associate at a national law firm.
